• Design and develop high-quality PCBs using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer).
• Collaborate with engineers to understand circuit requirements and create schematic designs.
• Perform PCB layout, including component placement, routing, and optimization for signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management.
• Select appropriate electronic components and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Generate and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), Gerber files, and assembly drawings.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to improve PCB designs.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the design is optimized for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCB design, fabrication, and assembly.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PCB design technology and industry trends.
• Participate in prototype testing and validation to ensure the PCB meets performance and reliability requirements.

• Creating and building highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD), 3D MAX applications.
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
• Ability to manage a team or labor.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Must be comfortable with Site supervision, Vendor Management & Material Management.
• Traveling would be required to visit sites, to meet vendors or for the negotiation purpose.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Comfortable with working - long hours, weekends, under time and budget pressure.
• Self-organized, project management and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks.
